Denise is one of the finest people I know personally and professionally. We have closed on two properties with her so far and she made the process as smooth as possible. Denise is always available, and her real estate advice is very much appreciated. She is easily the most knowledgeable person in the El Paso real estate market. I trust her completely. Thanks for being there.
Satpreet Singh DDS, MPHProfessionalism and knowledge are required for success in real estate, but commitment and action separate the real winners! Denise is relentless in her efforts to complete a business transaction whether we were buying or selling. Her advice has always led to success for us. Our personal confidence has grown with each transaction represented by Denise. We highly recommend Denise Caballero.
Alejandro & Silvia RamirezMy husband and I were so fortunate that we had Denise Caballero as our realtor. We needed to sell our home first and then buy our dream house. It was a crazy time of open houses and submitting contracts. Denise sold our home at full price. There was another offer made on our dream home on the same day and if it wasn’t for Denise’s quick reaction and advice, our offer would not have been accepted. We will be forever thankful for Denise’s knowledge and experience.
Sharon NinkovichDenise Caballero is wonderful to work with as a realtor. I can’t speak highly enough of her professionalism, industry experience, integrity and hard work ethics. Denise has represented me when I was buying and selling my properties. I truly appreciate her attention to detail and her dedication to her clients. Denise doesn’t stop until she has matched each client with their perfect home!

The Westside has beautiful views of the Franklin Mountains. The Upper Valley, a section of the Westside, you will find El Paso’s tallest trees, farmland and now new communities and shopping centers.
The Eastside of the Franklin Mountains is the largest per square mile and population. The eastside is the fastest growing part of town, now extending to Horizon City. This part of El Paso is filled with quiet middle-class neighborhoods, parks and recreation centers, shopping centers, restaurants, nightclubs, and hospitals.
You’ll find Ft. Bliss and William Beaumont Hospital in the Northeast as well as 27,000 acres of hiking trails, biking, and rock climbing for outdoor lovers. A great place for our veterans. This part of town has experienced an increase in development due to over 90,000 enlisted soldiers and their families stationed in El Paso.
Central – is our oldest part of town. Sunset Heights had beautiful mansions since the 1890s, some still maintain their charm with renovations. Kern Place founded in 1914 has beautiful individualist homes, close to the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), an Entertainment District filled with bars and restaurants. Our revitalized Downtown is making a splash with newly renovated historic hotels, cable cars, museums, fabulous restaurants, the
Plaza Theater, and Triple-A baseball park home of the El Paso Chihuahuas.
